How to Make an Appointment
Our healthcare team comprises a wide range of professionals.
For day to day appointments you might be seen by either a nurse or a doctor depending on the nature of the problem. Our practice nurse team are specially trained to assess and treat a wide range of health conditions meaning that it will not always be necessary to see a doctor.
|Morning Surgery||Telephone Appointments to speak with the GP between 08:30 am and 12:00 noon (Saturday 8:30 am to 11:30 am) are available to book up to 4 weeks in advance. We also operate on the day telephone appointments; please call the surgery between 8am and 10.30 am to book a slot.|
|Routine||For patients who need an appointment for a non-urgent problem, for a medication review or for a follow up appointment we offer telephone appointments within 28 days.|
We No Longer offer Walk-In clinics.
Please Note: During the November lock down the surgery will be open as the usual opening hours above. You can call to make a telephone appointment on 0208 630 1666. If the GP feels that you need to be seen face to face they may ask you to attend the surgery or providing you have a smartphone they could change your appointment to a video consultation.
The nurse and Health Care Assistant (HCA) are also running a normal service and are available for some routine check ups like blood test and more. You can book an appointment via our online booking service or by calling reception on 0208 630 1666.
When attending the surgery , please make sure you are wearing a face mask at all times and adhere to social distancing etiquette.
If you are running a fever, cough or have lost your sense of taste or smell, do not attend the surgery. Call the surgery on 0208 630 1666 and we will reschedule your appointment.
We are now providing video consultations with the leading online GP provider, Push
Doctor. This means there will be more availability for our patients to access NHS GPs
via video appointment, with the option to receive prescriptions, sick notes and
referrals from the comfort of your own home and at a time that suits you.
The practice remains open as normal for telephone and face-to-face consultations;
video appointments are simply an additional, complimentary service for those who
would prefer to be seen from home, and are usually available quicker than
